Travel insurance claim

We have travel insurance via our bank account.
My wife and I were due to go abroad next week however today upon visiting her doctor regards pain she was informed she required a ultra scan and advised not to travel next week, we have cancelled and are claiming from insurance.
We are also booked on another holiday abroad next month which at this stage we trust all will be resolved and not prevent us taking it.
Should I inform the insurance now that there MAY be another claim or await her test outcome.

You are better off asking in the insurance section rather than the complaints section.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

This is key. You weren't insured against the death of a parent at home. You had simple travel insurance. You have no claim, I'm afraid.Bigela1964 wrote: »I didn't insure my parents I insured my family to travel0
