Campsites - 1 hour away from Liverpool

Any recommended campsites up to an hour away from Liverpool for a short break during May.

Need electric hook up pitch and hopefully a play area as have two young children.

Greenacres farm park in Queensferry kids love it . Its cheaper to camp for the night than pay through the gate for the day . Top end of Southport is ok Riverside is a bit wild west but greenacres if you have young uns

There's a shallow bay for the kids to play in so a little dingy will keep them busy for ages.
