Hi, I had a mortgage and loans years ago, but cant remember who they were with (I know sounds bizarre) How can I find out who the lender was, and details of said loans?

Thanks.

If your finance was within the last five years, it will appear on credit information sites like Experian etc.
If the finance is older, you'll have to rely on your own memory to ascertain who the loans etc were with. Without any documentation from your own archive you'd have to send Subject Access Request (SAR) letters to all the likely candidates. At £10 for each letter, this could prove expensive.

Finally, if you cannot even remember with whom you had the finance, how do you propose to complain about PPI mis-sales (assuming you even had PPI)?
