Hi my Mum is having some trouble forwarding emails with attachments (especially photos). She is trying to forward emails in the same way she always has to the same people and from the same people but when they go through there is just a line of text even though the photos show up on her screen from the person who sent them to her in the first place. She is currently sending emails through Orange/EE and hasn't that she is aware of changed any settings. The only difference in the last few days is that she has gone onto Google Chrome but can't see this making any difference really. Any ideas anyone please?

If it worked before Chrome and now it doesn't it probably is!
can you go back to your old browser and try the same pics in that?0 -
Using Chrome would indicate she is using the webmail. A Tiexen says, Chrome is the most likely cause of change in the layout.

Its orange webmail I think that she is using and was on internet explorer before this. She only changed it because of something she read in the paper about hackers on IE.If practice makes perfect, and nobody is perfect....................................
