Barclaycard migration goes wrong!

Since Friday I have been unable to access my account details online since my last statement. The site displays a banner saying this would be corrected by the next working day. This morning I spoke to six different employees on two continents. None of these could tell me when their shambles would be sorted. The reason given is the migration to the two new cash back cards. They also could not tell me if my existing card will still work or when the new ones would arrive. Is anyone else in the same boat?

Yes, g6jns. Seems to be sorted now.0

Yes it is fixed now. However no promised call from Barclycard as promised. Their customer service is rubbish. It would be interesting to know how many people were affected. Four days without access might have given fraud steers a field since cardholders would have no knowledge of ant fraudulent transactions. It would be possible to find that one's card was blocked because the credit limit was exceeded.0

My last statement was produced on 6 May and I was unable to access my account that day, but it was back to normal the following day. My cards arrived today so quite quickly. My MasterCard is still working as normal, although transactions I made since the statement date aren't showing as pending. They finally appear as authorised transactions after a longer than normal delay, and I've noted that my available balance hasn't reflected pending transactions until they are authorised. I assume once I use the Amex/Visa cards that this will fix itself, and is just due to using a Mastercard on an Amex/Visa account0
