Parking Eye - now gone to collections

Please help - I'm new so be nice!!
I used old information and ignored a fine from parking eye in February. I stayed 1 hr 2 mins in a supermarket car park, paid my £1 which would've given me at least 2 hours of parking, if not more. I shopped in the supermarket and got my £1 back on my receipt (which I still have). I googled this at the time and used old info to ignore all letters and it'd go away. Now it's gone to a company to collect - what should I do? I've read the newbie post and it's just confusing me 😁 thanks
