Tile to carpet transition

I'll be having tiles in the kitchen which joins to the dining room which will be carpeted. I think the best thing will be a Z bar I think it's called, but I'm struggling to find anything for 10 or 12mm tiles in a length of 3.1m or more.

Anyone know where I can get this from?

Or are there any other options?
