My Mrs is trying to make a card payment online from her Nationwide account but that's not working either… She's tried calling them but phone lines are jammed!0

App and internet banking ok now. However card still not working.
Nice...I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -
Internet banking and apps working for me. Just transfered money in and out using faster payments without a problem. However just tried to change PIN (non Nationwide ATM) and it wouldn't accept change
Have you changed a nationwide pin before at a non nationwide ATM?.
Can it be done.:T0 -

I believe Nationwide pins can only be changed at Nationwide ATMs unlike a lot of other providers where it can be done at any LINK ATM
I try to avoid logging into Nationwide unless strictly necessary as do not like their online banking.0 -
