Excel Parking Charge - Ebbw Vale

Please help have been issued a Parking Charge Notice from The Walk Ebbw Vale. Have already sent appeal to Excel which was rejected (With the help of VorTechS appeal letter) and received my POPLA code. Is it acceptable to Copy and paste VorTechS POPLA Appeal letter as details are more or less the same?

Quick observation: My rejection letter from Excel is full of mistakes, such as date of incident in one paragraph and reason for visit in another. The letter is also not signed and printed up-side-down on headed notepaper! - Showing a blatant disregard to my appeal - Should I mention this in my POPLA Appeal letter!

yes is the answers you were seeking , BUT bear in mind popla wont rule on mitigation so I doubt this letter will hold any sway, so make sure the proper legal appeal points are in your popla appeal, so yes , the vortechs appeal should be fine (as is) , but adapted to your own circumstances
