Another vote for shock absorber. Mine clasps at the back, and keeps everything firmly in place even when running full pelt on the treadmill. I'm 36D if that helps.0

I just buy cheapo ones from Tesco and Asda. I only use them for cycling and walking though, I don't know how supportive they would be for running. I don't do running.0
