Eventim has anybody bought gig tickets these

hi has anyone bought any gig tickets from the company eventim


are they any good/reliable?


I bought some tickets before last Christmas for a concert later this month and they still haven't sent tickets out and im starting to worry


Ive phoned the company and they say don't worry tickets will reach me in time


but im still worried

They are fine. I've bought quite a few things from them over last couple of years, mainly at Hammersmith Apollo which they sponsor.

Pretty normal for tickets to arrive in the week before an event.

I have used them before, also for events at the Hammersmith Apollo with no problems. I agree with marksmith99 that in my experience tickets tend to arrive 1-2 weeks before the gig. In case you are still concerned they are on the safe concerts website.

Used them many times - they're the official ticket handler for the First Direct Arena and Manchester Arena.

ive had a look at my account with eventrim and the tickets still hasn't been dispatch yet


concert is next Saturday but eventrim had decided to change my seats to near the back where my original tickets were near the front


ive told eventim when I bought the tickets that im disable and can barely walk so being stuck near the back im not going to see much of the concert as im not very tall either arrrggghhh
