9. The prize is a holiday for two people, for 7 nights in New England (the "Prize") and includes:
•Return flights from a London airport to Boston
•Accommodation Holiday Inn (1 night) www.hiportsmouth.com, Mills Falls at the Lake, New Hampshire (1 night) www.millfalls.com ,Indian Head Resort, Lincoln, New Hampshire (1 night) www.indianheadresort.com, Sunday River Resort, Newry, Maine, (1 night) www.sundayriver.com, Samoset Resort, Rockport, Maine (1 night) www.samosetresort.com, Nonantum Resort, Kennebunkport, Maine (1 night plus breakfast for two) www.nonantumresort.com and car rental for the duration of the holiday outlined.
10. We accept no responsibility for any costs not specifically included in the Prize, including without limitation: spending money, travel and medical insurance, drinks and meals and any travel visa or other documentation required for entry into the USA.
11. The winner of the Prize is solely responsible for ensuring that he or she has the necessary documentation for travel to USA including a current, valid, passport and any visa required for entry into USA.
12. The winner will be notified by email on or before 1 June and given details of how to claim the Prize. If the winner cannot be reached or has otherwise failed to acknowledge such notification within 28 days, GNM shall be entitled to select a new winner of the Prize (and if that winner does not acknowledge GNM's notification within 28 days he or she will also forfeit the Prize. If the winner rejects the Prize GNM shall be entitled to select another winner and the same acceptance period shall apply.
13. The Prize must be taken between 1 June 2014 and 30 May 2015 and following dates are excluded:
School Holidays: 1 July to 6 September 2014
Christmas: 15 December to 31 December 2014
Easter: – 27 March to 10 April 2015
Please note: Some US holiday weekends may also be unavailable and some hotels may have other excluded dates on a case-by-case basis. The winner must make travel arrangements for the prize directly with KBC at least 60 days in advance of travel. The choice of airports, airlines and departure times are at KBC's sole discretion. The outward and return journeys cannot be split and must be booked at the same time and on the same itinerary as the accommodation and other travel arrangements included in the Prize.
14. Please say: Travel itineraries and flight tickets will be issued to the winner by KBC in conjunction with Purely New England. All correspondence and communication about redeeming the prize must be directed to KBC.
15. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Prize is subject to availability and GNM reserves the right to change the Prize at its discretion or to offer an alternative of similar value.
16. The winner may be required for promotional activity.
