Their web site doesn't carry the logo, but their paperwork does.
Are they a current BPA member or not?

Unless KMG is a trading name then no, I can't see them on the BPA list.
Nor are they on the IPC list.
EDIT - they claim they clamp on their website so I think we're safe to call them CRIMINALS !!!!"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -
They claim to be members of the BPA on their signs in and around Fleet. The word "gullible" isn't in the dictionaryTickets: 19 [cancelled: 18, paid: 0, pending: 1]
PPC Appeals: 8 [accepted: 2, rejected: 5, pending: 1]

EDIT - they claim they clamp on their website so I think we're safe to call them CRIMINALS !!!!My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
Allowing for the fact that I haven't tracked down their website and haven't therefore looked at their blurb it is conceivable that they clamp on behalf of LA's or the DVLA in which case their actions would be entirely lawful. Not all clamping was outlawed just that without "lawful authority".
They do indeed suggest they work for LA's but I'd be worried if my LA employed a company that had such a tinpot website !

Don't think that site has been updated since 2009When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

A friend has received numerous window tickets claiming £100 penalty charge with BPA logo. BPA have been informed that they are using their logo without being a member. Time will tell.Search my post " PoPLA evidence - What to submit" on what is a good defense for a PoPLA appeal.0

Given they are not a member of either ATA they shouldn't be able to get the RK details. If they do then you should complain loudly to DVLA."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -
True. So far, it's been the windowscreen notices only, so in theory, nothing else should follow.Search my post " PoPLA evidence - What to submit" on what is a good defense for a PoPLA appeal.0
