With all my remaining debt on 0% I'm making good debt busting progress :)

No time for complacency though, as I need to clear CC4 before the 0% deal ends on 1st May 2015.

This debt free journey has been harder, but also more rewarding, than I expected.

I'm very much looking forward to being debt free. It's starting to feel less like a distant plan and more like an achievable reality now :)
    Total debt March 2014: £11,194. Now £4,198.

When my direct debits go out tomorrow I will be able to post my March 2015 totals. It will be exactly a year since I started my debt free journey in March 2014!

Hey, Bee you are doing so well. Just think where you'll be this time next year. Debt free and every penny will be yours to spend, save or give to your favorite charity. Impressive! DM x

  • My debt is now under half the original total (!), and has decreased from six debts to two.

I must admit that 'debt busting' has taken longer than I anticipated, but it's heading in the right direction. This is a permanent and sustainable lifestyle change I've made and that's what matters. I haven't cleared all the debt yet but I have made steady progress and picked up some good financial habits along the way.

For anyone who is feeling deflated by slow progress, you will get there, keep up the good work. Feel free to join me on my continuing debt free journey :)
