Has anyone ordered this and have they got a good deal with them. At the moment they are giving the first month free.
What about a freeview box with card slot, is the SAgem one from Setanta any good?

$etanta have just dropped their prices down to £9-99.
I guess they've been struggling for new subscribers.

I am a bit confused by all this, it seems Sky having been loosing out to Setanta, yes Setanta seem to have more rugby coming up - the Rugby World Cup and I'm sure I saw Magners league being advertised, and I have been wondering for a while where the US golf had gone to on a Sunday night, it seems Setanta have stolen it from Sky as well.
Now I am all for Sky having some competition, but who do I side with, will Setanta have the Six Nations next year?
I'm thinking that I am going to have to continue to pay Sky £16 and £13 to Setanta (for Northern Ireland subscribers?) just to watch the things I have been watching for the last few years on Sky alone.
It just keeps going up and up.
It will soon be cheaper to just go to the pub to watch all sport - as long as the pubs keep their subscriptions up!0 -
looks as if Setanta may have Sports one and Sports two0

Some Premier League games will be on Sentanta this season.
We support Sunderland and some games will be on Sentanta and some on Sky, so we're trying to decide if we can afford both. Here I go again on my own....0 -
Sky do not appear to be running their subscription channel for extra games for the coming season, they must br incorporating those matches into their normal coverage.
I will miss the Monday night games, but I'm not prepared to pay Setanda, I'm a great believer that if no subscribes to them, they will be forced into doing a deal with Sky. wishful thinking, perhaps?Filiss0 -
just watch everything online for free0

is there a way to get it cheaper than that??
I bought it for NASN - North American Sports Network - because I'm an ice-hockey nut. Also enjoyed watching the Ricky Hatton fight.
I got it for £5 for the 1st three months... sadly I'm on the higher £14.95 for the rest of the year *removed by forumteam - please do not advertise in signatures*0 -
Had a leaflet from the Yorkshire Bank on Friday saying £1 special offer to Yorkshire Bank Customers.
Basically you can get Setanta sports for only £1 per month for the first two months and then it is £9.99 per month.
To take up the offer simply call the number below and quote "Yorkshire Bank"
The Number is 08712 00 33 22
Offer end 31st August 2007
Offer is on both Satellite or Freeview.
Hope this helps someone.
