how long for solicitors ??

    My vendors and I are using the same solicitors practice to try and speed things up. They returned their paperwork the same day they received it, but they did need to get an EPC done (is a private sale and didn't realise we needed one until the solicitor asked for it) which was done the next day and emailed to the solicitor straight away. So we're both doing our bit but the solicitors are really dragging their feet.:(
