Sky+HD box not getting terrestrial channels.

Hi,our sky box suddenly will not get any terrestial channels,ALL other channels ok and fine,including HD,but NOT BBC ITV CHANNEL 4 or FIVE,not HD or normal.Any suggestions,have re set box,very odd.message comes up that we are not getting a signal,but we are.

Sky boxes don't receive terrestrial channels, are you receiving them via the TV internal tuner rather than the Sky box?
Suggest you switch the Sky box off at the wall and reboot it.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -

Are terrestrial channels now on a tighter beam to try to make it harder for other countries receiving the channels (Astra-2E), probably your dish needs realigning due to a slight movement due to wind etc (that's if your are not receiving them via a sky/freesat box on channel 101, 102, 103 etc):beer:0
