Hi am currently on edf prepayment metre for my electric and eon prepayment meter for my gas. This were already fitted when I moved into the property 18 months ago. I was monthly direct debit with British gas in my last property. Can I change and how easy is it? Searches only showing up pre payment to pre payment. Tia

You will need to change your meter with EDF , ring in and book a meter exchange, it's free and there are no credit checks. Once meter has been exchanged you'll be able to agree a contract and pay by direct debit.0 -
Correct, EDF do not carry out any credit check.
Neither link previously posted suggest they do, and this link confirms they don't
