Beware BT Essentials!

If you have a free internet phone as part of your current package beware the offers to save £90 to switch to the new BT Essentials viewing package, you will lose your internet phone line & cannot get the number back - I know we've wasted hours "discussing" this with BT this week. I work in advertising & marketing and thought I was pretty savvy at checking the small print but this sneaky one got past me & hubby its very misleading marketing. After some digging I understand BT want to phase out these packages with the internet phones. Feel like Ive been mugged! V sneaky misleading marketing BT - Beware Folks & dont be caught out like we were!
