Is this going to be one of those tricks where you buy a lifetime licence for version 2......and then they promptly bring out version 3 and then say no you cannot upgrade to version 3 to continue your lifetime licence - that it only applied to the now redundant version 2.........0

My lifetime licence bought when it was v1 works quite happily with v2This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I got a similar offer a few months ago.
I don't know about anyone else, but I've found Malwarebytes Pro to be a little annoying, lots of alerts on sites I know are safe enough.0 -

Turn off the alerts if they bother you.
Some sites may have scripts and links to unwanted and unnecessary material.
I use a HOSTS file which blocks a fair amount of that sort of thing.
I was shocked when I visited a popular forum using a computer without my usual HOSTS file. There were a multitude of advertisements flashing at me.
I'm sure Malwarebytes uses a similar system, blocking reportedly malicious domains. So whilst the main website may be fine, there may be streams within that are unwanted.0 -
Yep it throws up when it finds scripts and links .Personally i would rather that than web sites opening windows other pages or scripts behind my back .0
