Door locks and cat flaps...

Hi all 
I'm moving to a new house very soon, I want to get a new key for them, would it be cheaper to replace the locks or just buy a new door? I'm a first time buyer, I have no clue when it comes to DIY
Also, the back door has a cat flap, is there any sort of fitting that you can replace the flap with? Or for the meantime will a bit of heavy duty glue seal it up?

Its cheaper and easier to replace the locks or lock barrel.0

Yes it is. Finally spoke to my uncle last night, and you can just pop the panels out from the inside and replace with whatever we want, result! Saves us replacing the entire door 0
