    Oh no, two mini ones

    Just thinking for my birthday next month, if I'm not well enough to go out would like a nice meal at home

    Oh ok. Well I googled cool whip and it's some sort of synthetic cream mix. I can't read the recipe though, so can't say if squirty cream would work instead.It just seems like the nearest substitute.

    two 'mini ones', so you are keeping the quantities of ingredients the same or actually halving the ingredients to make two proper mini ones ;)

    Squirty cream wouldnt work. Coolwhip is like dream topping (do they still make it?) or just sweetened, whipped double cream would do

    As flea72 says it looks like Dream Topping. I think they still make it (doesn't Birds have a sachet of it in their trifle boxes?)

    It wil go flat in minutes.

    You need dream topping or whipped cream (fresh or long life)
