Tinks you can have a nice low calorie meal at home. If you continue to get urges to eat this sort of crap, you'll never succeed in maintaining any weight loss.

So I can't even have a treat for my birthday? God what a boring life!!

Is not feasible I would cut all those things out for the rest of my life

You've lost weight, are you telling me you NEVER have anything unhealthy?

My dad lost four and a half stone and even he doesn't eat healthy all of the time!
You can buy cool whip on the internet but it has gelatine in Tink.

The closest alternative would be to buy heavy whipping cream and whip it with vanilla extract, icing sugar and agar agar.

Yeah I saw it had gelatine in
From the look of the recipe, I reckon you'd be disappointed with the taste, as all it is an Oreo base and a lot of sickly sweet cheesecake filling with a bit of peanut butter. I'd have to swirl some salted caramel through it or some peanut brittle topping, or both.

You don't know me at all :rotfl: :p
