Hi, I have a Asus Transformer tablet TF700Tand was wondering if I can watch the films I watch on my tablet on my TV, I thought I heard that it was possible but I don't know much about it, so is it possible?

Do I just need a lead?

If I need a lead what lead would I need?

Am I right in thinking you dont need to pay a lot for leads because they are digital, i.e. zeros and ones, and paying a lot is just a con and makes no difference to picture quality?

Finally would a lead go into a seperate socket to the power socket, i.e. it would be much more awkward if you have to use the same port/socket for obvious reasons, I have other sockets but not sure what they all are at this point?

Any help/advice appreciated.

I believe that tablet has a micro HDMI port, so you'd need a micro HDMI to HDMI lead, that would connect to one of the HDMI ports on the TV (presuming the TV has HDMI ports).

You don't have to pay more than a few pounds for one.
    For example - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Premium-Microsoft-Surface-Cameras-Tablets/dp/B008C5WE9K/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1399766940&sr=8-5&keywords=micro+hdmi
That's a 10 foot one. A shorter one would be even cheaper.

We have a Lenovo Yoga 10 Android tablet

It has a micro USB socket

I saw a Micro USb to HDMI on eBay "for Samsung Galaxy"

I asked if it would work on our Lenovo and the reply was 'no', 'only for Samsung'

    Is that right???? :o
