Parking Eye lose a small claim on an alleged fabricated evidence

This is another losing case for Parking Eye, this time they lost on evidence they themselves provided.

ParkingEye v Mr M. (08/04/2014)

http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2014/05/parkingeye-lose-case-judge-decides.html

MSE: the judge agreed the evidence was fabricated
However the photos provided in the evidence pack only shows the front number plate for the vehicle, both in and out. Mr M argued to the judge that the back number plate should be recorded. Because there was no photograph of the back numberplate the evidence provided by ParkingEye was fabricated.

The judge read the response that Mr M had written prior to attending the court. He agreed with it and decided to dismiss the case.

So the words cheating and lying would be a fair description?

I would say so - in fact it sounds a bit like someone was trying to pull a scam to me. Surely not?

What was the company called again?

If the judge said it was fabricated it is hardly 'alleged' :)

But we haven't had the transcript for this, so in light of that I am towing the line and keeping it as is

Im sure that if any parking company belonging to an acredited trade association, ( such as the BPA ) was found to be fabricating evidnce or twisting things that trade association would be taking appropiate steps to remove that company from its books and if theres some major wrong doing possibly take or initaite some legal action against the individuals involved in that parking company, and those responsible for hiring said parking companies to act on their land.
The other side of the coin is that said Accreditied trade assocation my have the DVLA access removed from their members, should they fail to act.
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"

    .

You would think that. In fact you might also think that an accredited trade association (like the BPA), by not taking any action were in fact condoning it.
