I've chatted to dh about this and he said that the psychological therapies offered by the different health authorities vary enormously so it is impossible to give a 'norm'. It also depends upon who is providing the service, e.g. your GP or the local community mental health team. Suffice to say that funding is always an issue!

He also said that different programmes are constructed in various ways by each health authority, e.g. CATs (Cognitive Analytic Therapy) is based upon a 16 week programme. It may be that your health authority have developed a specific 20 week ERT programme or that your GP has managed to secure funding for this length of time.

Mr TM got his new tyres today .....thanks hampy....he's over the moon...he said they are really good....racing tyres.....he went today and had them fitted and after 100 miles he fills in an on line survey. The dealer in Sunderland only had 6 pairs left so I'm pleased he didn't hang around. I asked him take a photograph to show you but it is the worst photograph ever:o
