I have it opened trying to find United match :D

It's a sad day when you have to search the obscure channels to find a united match on the last day of the season :(

    Oooooh!

I've got an email from the HMRC with a tax rebate for the amount of £4,646.82!

Form completed and sent back via email.

    :D

For some reason, they asked for my account details, DOB, NI number, address etc. I'm guessing it's to process the refund back into my account.

    Drinks on me.

    You're right! What a bummer.

    http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/money-back-guarantee.html

It looks as if I'll get what I paid back but won't get paid for returning the item.

    I'd understand 2 cm too...

It will be interesting to see what eBay decides. I've never had this sort of problem before.

Dont forget needs to be sign for as well

Before you posted, Bubbs, I only saw the idiot's guide page which said:

'If your item was not as described, we'll help you with the returns process, and then refund you using PayPal.'

Had not spotted that it didn't say about me paying to return the item.

You could try phoning ebay and explaining the situation and that you'd be out of pocket by paying the return postage. I did this when I received a quilt set that wasn't stitched on one side and they issued me a returns label. Worth a try

I read Game of Thrones and they were my favourite read in a very long time. I read them about 4 years ago just before the series came out - which isn't a patch on the books.

I'm not usually into that sort of thing but they were fantastic.

I like supernatural possibly slightly horror but definitely not the vampire stuff that has become popular. More Stephen King, Dean Kroontz, Clare McNally etc but I do chicken out of some of the Stephen King if it gets too scary.:o

I recall listening to a Stephen King interview where he said he preferred people to read his work rather than watch it because monsters they created in their mind were always far worse than anyone could create on the screen. He enjoyed not having to "open the door" to show what the horror was.

The remotes sit on my side of the sofa, mainly because I like to watch a channel for more than 5 minutes at a time:D

This is an expensive non-purchase! Thanks for this. May explore other tracking options but am certainly not giving the seller the opportunity to say the item did not arrive. Don't trust them one bit. They are going to get such a bad feedback score from me!
