It's not a tattoo although I have been considering getting one done, my main problem with this though is the needles and if I started I might not stop getting them. A girl I know has a fantastic Alice in wonderland one that takes up her whole arm, it's very well done.

I've been learning how to face paint (well sort of forced into do it) and one of the first things we were taught was lines, tear drops and spirals, this was me adapting the spiral to form something prettier. We practiced on ourselves first so my arms were covered in lines, spirals and tear drops (these being used to form hearts, flowers and shamrocks). At the end we had to design a clown face and paint on someone else's face, a fun morning out and day 2 is next week so should be fun as we're moving onto more difficult designs.

Ah I see. DD3 has done face painting as one of her options. She passed that much easier than this cutting lark. She is a natural when it comes to designs, saw a beautifully painted face leave college one day and DD said she had done it. :)

Good luck with your new venture. :T

I have to find her a decent set of professional face paints for her own use this summer. As they use the college's while learning.

Small oddity, hoping someone can help work this out for me. Me & the OH did a Pimms shop & a muggle shop. No issues with the Pimms shop whatsoever, however the muggle shop we bought 2 packs of the 2x Chicago Town 4 cheese pizza's on the SEL there was a 2 for £3.50 label & we were happy enough with that but I've just checked the APG & it's comparing £4 against most other stores, did a bit of investigation & it turns out that they are only £1.50 on A.com, MSM & MSL so should only have cost me £3 but I paid £3.50 & it compares at £4? What the heck is going on?

Can you not even cook simple things like jacket potato, pizza's (no, not Dr. O's) or cheese on toast??

I'll admit to not being able to cook from fresh when I got married, if it was factory frozen I knew how to cook it but I was never allowed to cook from fresh in my mum's kitchen, my younger brother on the other hand was.
My DH taught me but even now I still can't bear the feeling of raw meat so tend not to cook much except mince and chicken. I have a small set of recipes that I fall back on because they can be easily adapted but do use jarred sauces occasionally if I've none frozen.

Well yes, if I have to. My kids aren't starving, put it that way. I wouldn't call what I do cooking :o

They all love joking about me putting grated cheese on EVERYTHING when their dad wasn't here to cook for them though. It is true.....I just covered everything up with grated cheese :o
