Is there actually anything good vs Sainsbobs other than the 200g Radish? There's only so many times you can own rubber gloves.

My shop earlier today; did quite well - got back more than I thought, but that's more because msm distorting the basket on the site as putting much more expensive items for W into it when W not available.

The Micro Chips - not seen £1 prices on those for some time (think they're long gone), so I decided to go for 2 for £3 (but had to confine myself to the Straight Cut version as done a Waities comp., unlike vs S where could have had Crinkle Cut and thus additional different item). Cue somewhere to go onto £1 price now:(.

A carrot was bought on an APG comp. Paxo Stuffing also just about working vs both W and T. Bought the cakes - perhaps should have waited as both vs £1 for Sains., but not aware of issue with the cakes offer ending until I was already in store and wouldn't have had enough items for this shop otherwise.

I bought a silly purchase of a Muller yogurt pack though (Kids Footballs version here) - and thus put most of the APG back with them:(. Oh well, it was sort of a muggle-type thing and paid for with APGs and glitches from APGs blah-blah... (That's no excuse though as still means the APG money isn't being spent in the most efficient way.)

6 items (5 different) on your bill qualify for comparisonASDALogoWhite.gif Waitrose

1 x Muller Kids Corner Yogurt - Limited Edition (4x135...£1.00N/A:)
    1 x Paxo Sage & Onion Stuffing (170g)£0.98£0.25

Except I'm happy with everything on there - except the carrot and onion that are 'way' cheaper now for W but don't really show much of that due to the low quantities bought:rotfl:.

I've been buying the greek black cherry 4 for £1 using small wombles.Wouldn't buy micro chips if they gave them away:D:D

My son popped several discs in his back last October and has been off work ever since (in fact his employment was terminated due to the back problem). He's had some physio (which hasn't helped) and is on various meds for the pain which really zonk him out. Even driving is difficult for him. After various tests, MRI etc ,he finally saw a consultant today - who reckons he is a candidate for surgery but wants to try injections into the spine first. However, apparently it will be at least 4 months before he gets to the top of the list for injections - and in the meantime he has to have another MRI as they didn't gey the right pictures last time !

He is well fed up with being in pain and able to do very little that involves walking or standing. I can't believe how long he has to wait.

Aww so sorry to hear this tbw. Hope the wait is not as long as you were advised. When my ds had bad back we ended up paying to see a specialist because of the wait :( not very MSE but was possible only because of what I've saved here. All the best to you xx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

I'm fed up with my hospital too. I cut my eye 6/7 years ago (still don't know how) they've spent since argued over what caused it, they say contact lenses but I'd not worn contacts for about 10 months prior to cut. Between injections and drops, they have now booked me in for a cornea graft, but not given me a choice of dates so I've now got an eye op during my busiest time at work, I'm self employeed so no sick pay for me:mad:. Too top it all of I went for a preop assessment today and they said I should have had another appointment at another department earlier thus afternoon, but that wasn't mentioned on the letter:mad: so I've got to go back next week, so more time off work.
    Thanks for letting me rant:D
