    Hi all:wave::wave:
    Any healthy glitches around? Just back from docs and it turns out I have high cholesterol :eek::eek::eek::eek: I am totally mortified by this news :(:(
    Will be doing a healthy shopping list tonight :A:A, time to change my ways I think :)

    I wouldn't worry too much. I was also mortified to find out mine was high and that my bros was fine :eek::eek:
    Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

    did doc say it was a problem.

    I got told by reception 2 year back my cholesterol was a little high.(blood test was for other things but got tested for cholesterol as I requested it)
    so I really cut down on some things. when I seen my doc a year later he said it was not a problem as it was a lot of good cholesterol.

    Yes, she did say the overall ratio was too high :eek::eek:
    It has been a bit of a wake-up call - in the last 18 months I have gone from fairly healthy eating and running half marathons to really pigging out on chocolate and crisps, and basically indulging in anything I feel like and doing much less exercise. Hopefully I can bring it down again in the next few months :) - any glitchy walnuts and soya around? :D:D

    Dee Dee 74, did you get some?

    Thank you so much, these are lovely. I bought 5 which will last me a while but I am tempted to get some more x

    That amount of thanks must definitely be a record, well done tweets!:T:T

    It does seem strange though, that thanks from some of the most prolific posters from the last few threads, are missing from the list.:(

    Ive just been back to look and I hadn't thanked that post. Not on purpose, a pure oversight on my part.
    I don't think there should be pressure on anyone to thank posts, nor assumptions when they don't :(

    I can't exactly remember what her SSC is on but know it is one of the ethics options. :o
