Poppd to the vets on the school run and hamsters booked in for tomorrow morning.
Kids are upset naturally, I've told them not to expect her to come home (she's scratched so much she's bleeding now :( )
£44 to have a hamster put to sleep, not very mse but I'll happily pay it to make sure she's not in pain :(

Sorry dipdap to hear about your hamster. It's heartbreaking having to make the decision, but you know deep down it will be the kindest thing to do.
We went through it last week with our dog, and at least I have the comfort knowing that he isn't suffering any undue pain. We had to pay £165 for him to have some blood tests and then be put to sleep once we had the prognosis which was not good news.

I hope your children will be ok.

I also have this one and it is probably one of the best kitchen gadgets I have ever bought!:T

Chips, homemade spicy wedges, chicken portions, scampi, the list is endless. So much quicker and less smelly than a deep fat fryer or in the oven.:)

I have heard that homemade donuts are really easy to do in the airfyer, but I haven't tried them yet.

It is trial and error with chips, depending on which variety of potato being used, but I usually do them for 10 minutes on 190, turn them and then about another 10 minutes. I coat mine in olive oil.

Thanks Squigs!!! Looks like this is a well loved machine!

I'm just reading up on it now :)

did doc say it was a problem.

I got told by reception 2 year back my cholesterol was a little high.(blood test was for other things but got tested for cholesterol as I requested it)
so I really cut down on some things. when I seen my doc a year later he said it was not a problem as it was a lot of good cholesterol.

tweets = 140 "Thanks" on page 1 - surely a record and an incredible testament to your popularity

That amount of thanks must definitely be a record, well done tweets!:T:T

It does seem strange though, that thanks from some of the most prolific posters from the last few threads, are missing from the list.:(
