    Goodnight!!

(You can be assured the Savvy 'tick-tock' clock has now been set up to respond if I don't see you post again in exactly one week's time:rotfl:.)

As to your bit in 'parentheses':D: :rotfl::rotfl:.

Hi people. One of the benefits of Aspergers is that sometimes you can have a bit of fun (within socially acceptable levels) with customer services departments. I've just received from one major company an auto-email inviting me to 'trade in' a book I recently bought. Now, why would I want to trade in a book that I've just bought? Surely I'd bought it for my physical library collection and therefore wouldn't want to trade in it?:D(:p)

Of course I've replied (through their system) to the email. I shall have some fun reading their response:rotfl::rotfl:.

I do sometimes like the 'observation' role that my condition sometimes confines me to:D:D:rotfl:. (What an odd request - you can trade in your book now:rotfl::rotfl:.)

From behind the glass screen, truly yours...:D

Oh go on we have these quizzes on our Elite fora(:D) all the time even if they are not money-saving related:huh:.

    http://www.gotoquiz.com/how_neurotypical_are_you

    Here's my 'result':

You are 11% neurotypical! [Original emphasis.]
    11%

You aren't neurotypical at all. Sure, it may mean others think of your social skills as "very poor", but that's doesn't mean you aren't good at anything, you probably have a skill other than socializing, which is probably not something you enjoy anyway. It is very likely that you are autistic. [Added emphasis.]

    :D:D:j:jHe, he, he, he, he!!:j:beer:

I've no idea what answers you have to give to get the 'neurotypical' result:rotfl::rotfl:. I did note question 20 though. They ask:

"Do you sometimes say things that people are offended by when you weren't intending to offend them?"

The answers being "Often", "Sometimes" and "Rarely".: How can you "often sometimes" say things... etc. As I had no idea what they meant by that (typically autistic of me there:D), I chose "Sometimes". Any other answer is illogical to me; I note this is the usual inconsistency of a 'neuro-typical' question!:p:p:rotfl: And, see - I do have over one-tenth of me neuro-typical:( (only joking with that 'frown':rotfl:).

[Edit: another afterthought!:p In order to complete the post and get comprehensive dealing with the matters yet again (yawn:(, on your (more than likely) non-autistic response) - how can I be "not neurotypical at all" and yet be "11% neurotypical"? Total contradiction again! Just typical, the usual NT illogical way. For which read: total lack of scientific rigour:p:p:rotfl: - I know better than you-ou!!:p:D:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: - sort of comes across as 'holier than thou' obnoxiousness again:o:o, but, hey, if it does, you misread [misreed] me:D.]

    Thank you folks!!:)

[Second edit: Oh, btw it's just for fun, not intended to diagnose etc.... usual 'health warnings' etc.]

[Third edit:( - not sure if the link works properly for you; keeps redirecting for me to the 'results' page. If so, try googling "How neurotypical are you" and it should be the first result returned. Possibly.]
