Sadly my abilities don't reach the level of calculating that all in my head or even, as some rare people are able to do, calculate it instantly mentally and beyond the decimal places of any calculator!! I just wish I was - but so near yet so far!:D:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Yes, it looks like she was well and things looking up. Maybe she just went back to RL a lot and perhaps got into the Slimming World? I don't know, sometimes things come on and off - I know I was off one other website for over 6 months recently, just because I was (still am) mainly here, things get taken up as hobbies, they fall aside, you get back to them once again, and it cycles like that, or maybe that's just me!! I'm such there's places I haven't been for years - and , I'm taking of mainstream places on the Internet folks, not anything more sinister!:rotfl::rotfl:0 -
(for the foodies, should've posted it this morning, sounds lovely for Sunday brunch; from a restaurant email newsletter.)
Oeufs en Meurette
(Poached Eggs in Red Wine Sauce)
A delicious light lunch that can be bulked up with added ingredients.
Ingredients
Meurette sauce:
1 carrot, peeled and cubed
2 shallots, minced
1 bay leaf
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 sprig of fresh rosemary or tarragon
1 cup full-bodied red wine
1 cup beef stock
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
Eggs:
4 slices French bread, ½ inch thick slices, 3-inch rounds
1 garlic cloves, peeled and halved
1 tablespoons red wine vinegar
4 extra-large eggs
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
For the sauce: In a saucepan, combine the carrot, shallots, bay leaf, minced garlic, rosemary, and wine over high heat. Boil until reduced by half, for about 10 minutes. Add the stock and reduce by a third. Discard herbs.
Complete the red wine sauce on a plate, mash the butter and flour together to form a well-blended paste (beurre manie). In a small saucepan, bring the reduced wine to a simmer. Carefully whisk in the butter and flour paste, a little at a time, until the sauce is lightly thickened and glossy. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste, remove from the heat and keep warm.
Preheat the broiler. Toast the bread on both sides until golden brown. Remove from the oven and immediately rub on both sides with a cut garlic clove.
For the eggs: Bring 3 inches of water and the red wine vinegar to a boil in a shallow saucepan. Reduce heat to a low simmer and immediately break 4 eggs directly into the water, carefully! Allow the eggs to cook for three minutes before lifting the eggs.
While the eggs cook, place 2 pieces of toast on each of 2 warmed plates using a flat, slotted spoon, carefully lift the eggs from the water, drain well and place on top of the croutons. Spoon the wine sauce all around and serve immediately.'It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.'
