    The hospital are pre-warning you, your license can be revoked due to Parkinson's however it depends what stages & affects that you are suffering. It's very similar to a range of other illness's they have to give you a warning of what might happen, my Grandad had progressive MS & was diagnosed in the 70's but only had his license revoked in the mid 90's I know there's a huge difference in symptoms but the same basic rule applies as long as you are medically fit to drive then you can. There are a lot of different sites available to help. HTH
