Scamps I see you have already had some good advice and couple of links posted for you to look at.

Don't think it's over yet. OH's best mate suffers from parkinsons pretty bad too but under control with lots of meds, and he still drives. And my friend's mum. So don't give up hope just yet, at the moment it is just a formality that DVLA have to be informed.

In fact OH's mate popped round yesterday and they went out, his mate drove them both.
