Online Appeal to Parking Eye completed but no confirmation email

Hi,

I sent off my appeal using the online service for Parking Eye and have not received any notification that the appeal has been received. Is this normal ?

Many thanks

I didn't take a screen shot. didn't think to do this at the time.

So does that mean they normally respond with a confirmation email on receipt of appeal ( which i sent on 08.05.14 )?

Do you think I should send it again and take a screen shot?

Thanks for the email address, i'll give that a try.

    Thanks,

Do you know how long a reply to receipt of appeal takes, by letter or email?

I sent the appeal 3 days ago, so maybe i'm being impatient at this point?

    Hi cookki,

Parking Eye are required to give you confirmation of your appeal within 14 days of them receiving it. As you say you lodged your appeal with them electronically on 08.05.14, Parking Eye have until the 22nd May to provide that confirmation. It will usually be sent to you using the same method of transport that you lodged it with. In your case, as you lodged it using the online form, they will most likely send your confirmation to you by email.
