Zoo outing many animals missing, can I get a refund?

The giraffes were there two years ago and as long as I can remember as I've been going since Iwas a little girl. No mention saying giraffes have been replaced.Ds2 born 3/4/12 8lbs 8.5:j

They moved the giraffes in 2012 according to wikipedia
