It mentions a wedding but I see it as just gift cards to spend,with some conditions attached.

Entering the prize draw
1.This prize draw is open only to permanent UK residents who are aged 18 or over. Employees (or their relatives) of the Marks and Spencer Group of Companies (or any other company and/or agency connected with this promotion) are permitted to enter.
2. The prize draw starts on 05/05/2014. To enter the prize draw participants must submit their details via the entry form before 11.59pm on 30/06/2014.
Only one entry per [person/household]. No entries on behalf of third parties will be accepted.

Choosing the winner
M&S will draw 1 winner at random before the 01/07/2014 and the draw will be supervised by an independent person. The prize will be awarded to the first correctly completed entry, drawn at random.
M&S will notify the winner by 15/07/2014 by email. The notification will include details of how the prize can be accepted. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize by 22/07/2013, another random draw will take place from completed entries and another winner will be selected.
The prize
The winner will receive £1500 worth of M&S gift cards with a maximum spend of £500 on wine/spirits or beer (the “Prize”) or non-alcoholic alternatives.
