Do Creation carry out a "hard" search when asking for limit increase?

It says "Each request will be subject to a credit bureau search" but I'm sure last time I requested a limit increase I never saw a search added to my file.
Anyone know for sure? Do they just run a quotation search?

Phone them up and ask, it's probably the easiest thing. Some places do, some don't. HSBC always do searches on me when upping my limits.Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.

Historically they've upped mine automatically every anniversary of holding the card - my Marriott has recently gone up to £125000.
I'm not sure if they get a CAIS feed monthly - some issuers just this so they know all about you without having to do a hard or soft search when considering you for a limit increase.Never argue with an idiot. Especially not this idiot because I'm always right anyway.0
