G24 Parking fine, DRP Letters

Hi, I had a few letter from g24 and DRP over the last couple of months I've read the sticky recently before anyone asks unfortunately I'm dyslexic and there quite a bit to take in.
I just got my 2nd letter though from DRP, the same day as I got this though I posted "Hot Brings" letter hopefully you will know what I mean by that.
This is the picture below, and I was wondering what to do, should I just pay it? It's got me a little worried where it says it could affect my credit for the future if it goes to court...

It could affect your credit rating if :
1. It went to court ( DRP can't actually take you to court only G24 can )
2. You lost ( which is highly unlikely )
3. You didn't pay what the judge said ( which of course you wouldn't ignore the demands of a judge would you ? )
Regardless, G24 have never done court. I've now asked them about a dozen times to take me to court after they said they would if I didn't pay the fakes tickets ( note the plural ) I got from them.
So what to do now ? Here's what I posted earlier for someone in the same situation as you :
Firstly send an email to DRP saying that the debt is denied and that they must return it to their client. Point out that no further correspondence will be entered into with them and should they contact you again it will be considered harassment. Also point out that you recognise the appeal period has expired but that is something between G24 and the Registered Keeper / Driver.
Then send the following to G24 :
Dear G24,
This is an appeal against the charge issued to the vehicle with the registration XXXXXX, charge reference XXXX.
It is the registered keepers assertion that :
1. The charge is not a genuine pre-estimate of loss.
2. The signage does not conform to the BPA CoP to which G24 has committed.
3. G24 has no authority to issue charges over the land in question.
4. The charge is unlawful and as such the appeal period isn't enforceable. G24 have it within your capabilities to consider a late appeal. Failure to consider this appeal will only result in G24 spending more money chasing a charge both POPLA and the courts would throw out.
As such the charge is rejected. You should now either cancel said charge or provide a POPLA code for the registered keeper to appeal to the independent adjudicator.
Any further correspondence other than confirmation of cancellation or a POPLA code will be considered harassment and could result in legal action being taken against you.

The usual letter chain, Zenith letter-heading next perhaps ('Zenith' are still DRP!):

No idea why you are worried, the forum works best if you search it. Use the 'search his forum' heading next to forum tools on page one above the sticky threads:
'Recovery' is the keyword I would suggest (change the default search to 'show posts').
That search will show you several other posts about this boring drivel from DRP that everyone gets! So will this, try this as a Google search (it will do the search itself):
http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Debt+Recovery+Plus+too+late+for+POPLA+site%3Aforums.moneysavingexpert.com
So next time DRP send a silly letter, search a silly word from it to read about the letter chain as experienced by hundreds of people on here, all laughing at that very letter chain. You ignored the PCN (which was NOT following current advice; that was 2012 advice) so you are unlikely to be offered POPLA by G24. So what, you have responded and stated your case so ignore them and just keep the letters for a laugh in future. I've got all my old ones!
Complain to the retailer about this harassment (which is the other advice in this situation).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Alright, Cheers for the helps guys.
So, Since I last posted, I sent the letter & e-mail which HotBring mentioned, I didn't E-mail DRP about "debt is denied " due to I'm not sure how to write out the letter or what to write.
Regardless, G24 seem to be ignoring the letter/e-mail which I sent on the 10th of May.
Yesterday we the "due payment date" whichever you like to call it, I'll keep you up to date. Expecting a another letter from DRP within the next few days.
Sorry for any grammar issues above, I'm dyslexic, muddle though it:)0 -
you can ignore DRP , ( fu yu to them too
)
the only time to post is when something meaningful happens , like cancellation , popla code , LBC letter or court papers from northampton or salford (none of which will come from DRP who wont get paid unless you pay them)0
