Iflorist-shocking service

Options
I don't know where to start about how awful the company and their customer service is. I never write reviews so it must be bad!

Ordered flowers on 27th March for next day delivery to my mum's work for Mother's Day. On the 28th no flowers arrived. They were delivered on the 31st March-after Mother's Day and dead! Called the customer service line at various times throughout the day and was constantly on hold-expensive as it's an 0844 number. Finally get through on the 1st April about 3 minutes before the company closed, the lady on the phone seemed to be very helpful-until the time hit 5.00pm at which point she put me on hold and then hung up. I called back immediately and got an automated message saying they were now closed and it leave a message, message left asking someone to call me back. I am still waiting. Have sent 8 emails since then asking for a full refund, to which I get the same reply. Please send a photo, which I don't have. Who takes photos of dead flowers to show to the world? Although if my mum have taken a photo at least then I could save other people from this farce of a company. They offered to send another bunch of flowers out, but it's a bit late for Mother's Day and I expect they would also be dead and not arrive on the specified day. They then offered a £5 gift voucher to use on their website. Two problems with this, 1 I've not received the voucher and 2 why would I use the company again?! All I am asking for is decent customer service and a full refund (plus an apology for the amount of time I have spent trying to sort this out).

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

To be fair to them, how do they know you're not trying to pull a fast one? It seems prudent to take a picture of a defective item before binning it.

I think given the circumstances, an offer of replacement is good.

Ordered Wed 16th July delivery Friday 18th for friend's 60th birthday in France.
Hadn't got there by Sunday, phoned them up, no-one to ask in France as they're all shut but no other info on the progress or otherwise on the order. Gave them my name and order number. Was asked to ring back Monday.
Stated webchat on Monday but had to leave it but had given details and order number and name.
No feedback to me, despite them having my email address and phone number.
Flowers arrived Tuesday, 4 days late.
Sunday - Friend said they only lasted 2 days.
Monday - rang again to complain. No managers available.
Tuesday - sent one of their contact forms from website titled complaint, with a request for full refund or a seriously lovely bunch of flowers to my friend. Got an email that said they'd arranged for another bouquet to be delivered to my friend on Wednesday.
Wednesday - guess what? No flowers arrived, no communication at all. 100% satisfaction? How can they possibly claim that?
Thursday - phoned them up - was told they'd be arriving today or tomorrow as France is 2 day delivery.....so why did someone email the 30th and not the 31st? and more ridiculous was that I suggested that someone needed a bomb putting under them and was told that it was 'inappropriate' language - I ask you!. It was the first time that someone finally said sorry though, eventually.

Must learn to check out MSE and Trustpilot before I do these things!

It is such a shame, with a tiny bit of extra effort and a tiny bit more organisation, they could be so much better. I suspect that they make more out of the 0844 phone number than anything else, I've had to phone them at least 4 times.
