First Utility won't issue me with a bill after a year of paying them £96 a month!

I'm hoping that someone may be offer me some advice or that First Utility will see this and feel compelled to act.

I have been paying £96 a month to First Utility since April 2013 and despite complaining regularly and now going to the ombudsman I still can't them to issue me with a bill.

I originally decided to use USwitch to change my utility supplier and asked First Utility to supply my gas and electricity. They said no and so USwitch recommend that I switch to Ovo Energy. Next thing I knew First Utility had taken over my gas supply and after weeks of trying to sort it out I gave in and let them take over my electricity as well. From April - July 2013 I was actually having to pay £76 a month to Ovo Energy and £96 a month to First Utility. Eventually both my gas and electricity were being supplied by First Utility and I thought all would be OK. Unfortunately the gas meter First Utility had registered for me was actually the one for a property down the road and despite the best efforts of USwitch and endless phone calls/emails from myself I still have two gas end points on my online account even though they assure me they have taken the incorrect one off.

The ombudsman is dealing with my case but now the month that First Utility had to comply with their resolution has passed and they have done nothing.

Does anyone have any advice on what else I can do to get First Utility to issue a bill so that I can get a refund on what I'm sure will be a hefty overpayment on my part!
