I do actually sympathise with a lot of bank staff, and have quite rightly remained perfectly civil, when ever I've had to phone up regarding issues but I find it difficult to have sympathy for the banks and some of their practices, particularly the way they act if a customer gets into difficulty.
I worked with someone, a good boss, who was previously a manager at a bank but left as he felt more and more pressured to push products and less and less like he was providing the personal service he used to be able to.0
