I was issued with a parking fine from a supermarket where I parked about a year ago they said I stayed longer than was allowed, I did not but cannot prove it. I ignored the fine as is advised and have now received a court order(or so it appears) but looking on line it seems the court order is not real, I am confused can anyone help?

any court orders would be from northampton or salford , so check the paperwork carefully

Is it in a coop car park? How long ago did you get the claim form , you are on a strict time frame here?When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
