How long ?

Hi, bought an article from what appears to be an excellent e Bay powerseller with 3000 plus feedback. Article was fairly inexpensive- £9.95 plus £4.95 postage. On a Buy it Now basis I paid immediately via PayPal.

Sellers communications were intially great- got an invoice on the 22nd June and then an e mail on the 25th saying goods have been despatched.

I E-mailed them on the 2nd July saying nothing received and got a nice email back saying goods were sent out on the 25th June and delays are due to flooding and the postal strike.

Its now the 7th July and I haven't received the goods- am I being unreasonable in expecting that despite floods and postal strike I should have received the goods by now

By the way, the sellers location is London and I live in Surrey and our postman does not have to deliver by rowing boat

I agree, all things considered it probably should have arrived by now. Do you know what postage service was used? I would contact the seller again and let them know that you still havent received it.

I had some DVD's turn up today that were posted on the 25th June, so your item could still be caught up in the postal system.

I'd wait another couple of days, then if nothing arrives I'd get in touch with the seller again
