123 santander credit card question

I had one of these for a year and dumped it before Santander could charge me the annual fee for the next year.
Its been 5 months since I cancelled it.
If I reapply will I be charged the annual fee £22? I have the 123 current account.
Cant find anything about returning customers in their T and C's
Many thanks

Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.

I wouldn't place too much reliance on that information, being as...thebritishbloke wrote: »
1. Egg hasn't been around for years, and
2. Lloyds cards stay visible in your online banking area for around 6 months after closing.
Much better to ask the provider directly.0 -
That's because there isn't anything there.Cant find anything about returning customers in their T and C's
If you successfully reapply, and providing you meet the T&Cs (ie set up the DD within the requisite timescale), then you'll get the fee refunded again.
And the fee is £24 (unless you got a discount

??
What has Egg and Lloyds got to do with anything???
And why the cheek? I'm only asking a straight forward question!
Will not bother in future...0 -
The information on Santander could be/is likely to be very much out of date, given the 2 examples quoted (Egg doesn't exist, and Lloyds says 30 days when it could be a lot more). What has Egg and Lloyds got to do with anything???
What cheek?And why the cheek?
And I gave you your answer...you will be rebated the fee.I'm only asking a straight forward question!
Very strange response! Are you feeling OK?Will not bother in future...0 -
You're right I must be mad- I could not make head nor tail of the britishblokes reply or yours.
Have now just discovered he had posted a link to an old obviously out of date MSE page (The link text looks just the same colour as normal text on my laptop).
So yes, I agree it's probably not accurate now. I think I will just wait another few weeks and reapply as Santander have not yet responded to my query.
My apologies0 -
I'd just give them a phone call and ask to be honest, you'll get a straight forward answer and you'll probably be able to apply for the card over the phone there and then.Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you.
