    Your solicitor should be able to arrange that. Make sure that the estate accounts are checked carefully to make sure that no unreasonable expenses have been claimed by your sister. She needs to pay for all her solicitor's fees.

    I thought the solicitor fees came out of the four siblings collectively ie the estate (despite one sister not getting a solicitor) or do we both parties have to pay out of our separate shares,then the sister who didn't get a solicitor gets more because she didn't get one?

    If the four took legal action then that should come out of their own pockets one way or another. They certainly should not be able to claim it from the estate. You really need to ask your solicitor to make sure they don't claim against the estate for their own costs.
