It normally takes about a week to arrive.

If it was offered on Tuesday, it may not have been printed and posted until Thursday.

Is this a question about Royal Mail?

Have been told by our MA that BM Solutions have said they posted our offer on 2/5 (although the MA had seen an electronic copy a day or so before and its apparently all ok!). Neither we nor our solicitor have received anything in the post as yet.

I got my Leeds offer in the mail 3 working days after they told me I was approved. MA had the PDF version the day after the offer notice was given. But, if you have the electronic version, surely the solicitor can at least start on things?

Solicitors are fussy about having their own copy. Sometimes for valid reasons.

We are all hostage to the Royal Mail which is sliding downhill fast.

Your broker should have a copy.

Ask them to email a copy to you.
