Ask your broker for an electronic copy and check your solicitor has a postal copy. It may not have been printed, or posted, for some reason.I am a mortgage broker. same situation here, the suspense is doing my head in, mortgage broker says everything is ok but i don't believe everything i here. we were told the full offer was issued on the 8th, but still no paperwork, this is with natwest who are you all with?0

Ours was sent on the 25th of April, we didn't receive anything and our buyers are itching so our MA re-sent it on the 1st May, we received ours on the saturday, both copies and the solicitors received both copies on the tuesday (bank holiday). Ask them to resend it? Although Halifax screwed ours up by not sending all the paperwork out and they had to re-do that the following week, thankfully that arrived quicker than the actual offer!0

If your lender is Nationwide, you can call them up and they will email it to you.0
