Royal Welsh Show car park charges introduced

Charging £20 a day seems a bit excessive for parking, and £5 for disabled people. So how are they going to enforce this I wonder? You could park there on day 1 and leave the car for 3 days, they can't tow or clamp, so will they get a parking company in I wonder?
